www.beadyeyemusic.com The video for ‘Millionaire’ was shot in Spain on a day off between Beady Eye’s recent Milan and Madrid gigs and traces a coastal road between Cadaqués and Figueres, taking in a Salvador Dali pilgrimage en route. Andy told us ‘The song ‘Millionaire’ was written in 2007. I wrote it after a trip to Spain. It was springtime, it was still snowing in Sweden, and I happened to be talking to my mate Iain, who I know from years back in Oxford. @crapple009 I was never a big fan of? Ride (just not my type of music really), but Andy is a fantastic songwriter. “Thank You for the Good Times” (the B-side for Stop Crying Your Heart Out) stands up there with the many of the best Noel B-sides for me.
Andy also wrote The Beat Goes On, Four Letter Word and Kill for a Dream. 3 of my 4 favourite Beady Eye songs were written by him.

The songs don’t have enough? inspiration anymore. And none of the songs will ever have Noel’s soulful voice, just the ‘Croakyness’ of Liam. Shame really.
