Sorry, I disagree.
She was complicit in going after the husband when she knew he was married. She chose to pursue this guy who was married and had kids. Did she stop to think her actions wouldn’t have emotional consequences on others? No, she did not.

The law application of the law is silly. It was the husband’s fault for being unfaithful to the wife, not the mistress. From the story it is unknown what is the current relationship between the ex-husband and the mistress, but it could be argued that the judgment was a way of getting money from the husband. However, this may never be known.

This with 7 years must be one of the most idiotic and low IQ laws. The point with not marrying is to legally avoid any law interference in ones life. In other words, with this law, it is just to have an agreement to split and move on. Then after a year you an probably start up again and have seven more years or so if you wish to. It must have been tiny brains involved.
